Tips to Achieve Your Personal Best
Tips to achieve your personal best
  1. 1.  Limit mental stress. Zone out to help you "zone in" later. Find a healthy way to relax. It
could be a massage, yoga or meditation – anything that has a relaxing or meditative
         effect.
  2. 2.  Keep to a simple daily skin care routine – three minutes is all you need. And always
wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect you’re your skin from the damaging rays of
         the sun.
  3. 3.  Exercise! Walking for as little as 15 minutes a day helps raise your level of endorphins,
the mood-boosting chemicals in your brain.
  4. 4.  Get plenty of sleep.
  5. 5.  Drink lots of water.

Tips to achieve the look you want with BOTOX® Cosmetic (Botulinum Toxin Type A)
  1. 1.  Do your research and find a board-certified, experienced, aesthetic-specialty physician
(e.g., a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon),
who has been trained in administering and will work closely with you to achieve the best
result. Please visit www.BOTOXCosmetic.com to find a trained physician in your area.
  2. 2.  During your first consultation, be as clear and specific as you can about your goals, so
you can discuss various aesthetic treatment options. Be prepared to talk about what
bothers you and why, and be up-front about the results you expect to achieve with the
treatment recommendations your physician provides. A candid discussion is invaluable
in helping determine the treatment approach that will best meet your own individual
         needs.
  3. 3.  As with any medical procedure, discuss all aspects of treatment with BOTOX®
Cosmetic, including the risks, benefits, costs and recovery time. Remember, when it
comes to a medical treatment you’re considering, there is no such thing as a "dumb"
         question.
  4. 4.  Ask your physician about his or her qualifications for administering BOTOX®
Cosmetic. How long have they been treating patients with BOTOX® Cosmetic and what
types of results have they obtained? Review "before and after" photographs of other
patients, and be sure to have your own "before" pictures taken as well, so you have an
objective baseline to measure your results against. You may want to ask friends and
         family for references, too.
  5. 5.  Make sure your physician is using authentic BOTOX® Cosmetic by Allergan, Inc. If you
are unsure, ask your physician to see the product vial prior to the treatment and look for
the unique hologram that displays "Allergan" when held up to the light.
